Bit nosy but with good intentions

Rumours have it she had a wild romance with a local farmer who died young in her younger years which led her down the to the path of God – but know one really knows

Often just says she is “married to the Lord” and that’s the way she likes it

Always a fixture at the church – helps the priest out a lot – organises a lot of events and helps with the villages fetes

Not “pushy”  in her faith- she respects other people have other beliefs but kindness from her faith is strong

has a small white scottie dog called Charles/Charlie who goes with her EVERYWHERE – always he is a very well behaved good boy and we love him –  the whole village loves him – Charles plays with Grace when Maureen visits the Murphy’s

She’s a font on wisdom but has particular fondness for the Murphy family, she’s happy to lend an ear to Fiona and always encourages the kids and will bring them cake

She encourages Jamie to apply for university and will pay him for odd jobs like setting up church events

Dotes on Grace and will happily cheer her on at every school play.

She plays piano for the school plays & assemblies – with her dog sitting dutifully next to her

Was a school teacher at St. Etheldreda’s Primary School she knows and taught all the adults and YA’s that were raised in HoB
